619 Swanson Road is a 29-lot residential land subdivision, located in Swanson.
The subdivision directly adjoins the Swanson Reserve, and is a short walking distance from both the Ranui Park and Ranui Train Station.
We act on behalf of our client in the capacity of Project and Development Manager for both the civil works and house construction works packages.
The civil works are anticipated to complete in March 2019, and the house construction works are anticipated to complete in April 2019.
Working with award winning childcare architect Phil Smith of Collingridge and Smith Architects, CPMC are currently delivering a range of high-quality childcare projects throughout New Zealand.

Rolleston - 130 children
Construction of our high-quality childcare centre in Rolleston commenced in January 2018.
The project is on programme and due to complete in October 2018.
Blenheim - 80 children
Our childcare project in Blenheim is currently awaiting uplift of resource consent.
Construction is due to commence in September 2018, and estimated to complete in March 2019.
Pukekohe - 80 children
Our most recent childcare project in Pukekohe is currently awaiting uplift of resource consent.
Construction is due to commence in December 2018, and is estimated to complete in August 2019.
The City Rail Link Project
The City Rail Link (CRL) is more than just improving public transport access. It will stimulate private investment and facilitate a substantial amount of development both inside and outside the project footprint. This will help to achieve the broader transformational objectives of Auckland Council and support government housing initiatives.
The development potential within the project footprint is summarised below on the CRL route map. CPMC are currently assisting CRL through the delivery of their development opportunities.

So Hotel / Auckland
Sofitel So Auckland, at 67 Customs Street, will be Auckland CBDs newest five-star hotel. The existing building is undergoing an extensive reconstruction. Once complete, the So Auckland will provide 133 spacious rooms and guest suites, situated in an ideal location for both the corporate and high-end leisure traveller, just one street back from Auckland’s stunning harbour foreshore, opposite the Britomart transport hub, and a five-minute walk to the popular Auckland Viaduct entertainment precinct.
