Jonathan Williams / Director

Jonathan Williams is a founding Director of CPMC, with 40 years of experience in delivering property related project solutions in having delivered in excess of $3.0 billion of capital projects across the following sectors, industrial, hotels and tourism, commercial, residential, historic buildings and infrastructure.

 Jonathan spent 19 years working in London with construction and project management organisations delivering institutional property before coming to New Zealand, where he spent time as a Director within corporate Real Estate entities JLL and CBRE managing the P&DS business.  Jonathan has also spent 3 1/2 years in India managing the delivery of a portfolio of hotels for a global institutional investor and a significant office building for a global bank.

 Jonathan has developed adaptability and sensitivity to different cultures, customs and practices, and is aware of the important issues that can arise throughout the duration of a projects lifecycle. He has an eye for detail and is passionate about achieving the best project outcomes for clients.

Martin Russell / Director

Martin is a founding Director of CPMC with over 25 years of professional property experience, specializing in development and project management across residential, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. Over his career, Martin has delivered over $2 billion in civil and housing construction projects, with a particular focus on large land subdivisions and terraced housing in recent years.

Martin spent nine years in London working for a distinguished Chartered Surveyor firm, where he was instrumental in various development projects. Upon returning to New Zealand, he further broadened his expertise through roles at the Bank of New Zealand, a leading real estate business, and Goodman Property, before founding CPMC.

His extensive development experience is complemented by his expertise in feasibility analysis, enabling him to evaluate and execute complex projects effectively. Martin's broad network of property professionals, combined with his strong grasp of the property market and high level of contract and legal understanding, ensures he provides outstanding development and project management services.

Tom Lynch  / Associate Director

Tom is an Associate Director at CPMC with over 20 years of experience across the construction and financial services sectors in New Zealand, the United States, and Ireland. He brings deep expertise in project and development management, commercial advisory, and high-rise construction delivery.

Tom plays a key leadership role within CPMC, spearheading major projects, supporting business development, and mentoring staff. He is currently leading the upgrade of The Formery — a significant redevelopment of three commercial office towers in Auckland’s CBD — alongside overseeing a range of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects nationwide.

Before joining CPMC, Tom held senior project and cost management roles on landmark developments including Commercial Bay, Munroe Lane in NZ and Central Park Tower in New York. His international experience, technical expertise, and strategic management approach make him an invaluable asset to the CPMC team and its clients.

Christina Russell / Business Manager

Christina, our Business Manager, plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations with a strong focus on enhancing process efficiency, productivity, human resources, and accounting functions. Her expertise ensures seamless operations, driving both staff and client satisfaction.

In addition to operational management, Christina contributes to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, supporting the continued growth of our company.

Before joining CPMC, she gained extensive experience across multiple industries, including medical, trades, and education, equipping her with a well-rounded understanding of diverse organizational needs.

Max Grigg / Project Manager

Max is a highly regarded Project Manager at CPMC, delivering a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Auckland and throughout New Zealand. He combines strong technical capability with a practical, collaborative approach, ensuring each project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Max holds a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. Before joining CPMC, he gained valuable experience with two leading real estate services firms, building a solid foundation in development and project delivery.

He currently manages major large scale residential development projects including the Scott Marina Development in Hobsonville, Burberry Road in Drury, and nationwide KiwiRail CAPEX projects. His portfolio also includes successfully completed developments such as Captain Cove in Hobsonville and Te Awa in South Auckland.

Sree Silari / Project Manager

Sree is a Project Manager at CPMC with four years of experience delivering commercial fit-out and development projects across New Zealand, spanning the commercial, education, and aviation sectors. With a background in architecture and construction management combines strong technical capability with a structured, detail-driven approach, effectively coordinating stakeholders from early design through to completion.

Sree holds a Master of Construction Management from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture. Prior to joining CPMC, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield, collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups across global organisations on projects ranging from minor upgrades to multi-million-dollar fit-outs where her key roles were programme scheduling, fiscal management, and project delivery.

At CPMC, Sree has taken on asset management responsibilities for the Stonemont portfolio, alongside her involvement in land development and commercial fit-out projects.

Kianush Haghi  / Project Manager

Kianush is a Project Manager who provides essential project management support to the Project Directors across a diverse portfolio of property developments.

In addition to supporting large-scale developments, he independently leads housing construction and landscape management projects, consistently demonstrating his capability to successfully deliver projects from planning through to completion.

Kianush holds a Bachelor of Finance and Management from the University of Otago, bringing strong commercial awareness and financial discipline to his project delivery approach.

Noah Brown / Project Manager

Noah is an Project Manager at CPMC. He graduated from The University of Auckland holding a Bachelor of Property conjoint with a Bachelor of Commerce.

In his role, Noah provides critical project management support, assisting in the coordination and execution of key project activities. His prior experience in property management has equipped him with valuable skills in tenant relations, contract negotiations, and overseeing maintenance projects and contractors.

With his strong communication skills and keen attention to detail, Noah is committed to contributing to both the company’s success and his professional growth.

Campbell Griffin / Assistant Project Manager

Campbell is an Assistant Project Manager who supports the delivery of projects across a range of developments. He assists with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

He holds a Bachelor of Building Science from Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in Project Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems. Prior to joining CPMC, Campbell gained hands-on experience supporting project managers on residential construction projects, where he assisted with subcontractor coordination, site progress monitoring, and quality assurance. He brings a proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to project delivery.
