Sofitel So Auckland, at 67 Customs Street, will be Auckland CBDs newest five-star hotel. The existing building is undergoing an extensive reconstruction. Once complete, the So Auckland will provide 133 spacious rooms and guest suites, situated in an ideal location for both the corporate and high-end leisure traveller, just one street back from Auckland’s stunning harbour foreshore, opposite the Britomart transport hub, and a five-minute walk to the popular Auckland Viaduct entertainment precinct.

We act on behalf of our client in the capacity of Project and Development Manager for both the civil works and house construction works packages.
The civil works are anticipated to complete in May 2017, and the house construction works are anticipated to complete in April 2019.
Working with award winning childcare architect Phil Smith of Collingridge and Smith Architects, we are currently delivering a high-quality childcare facility in Rolleston for the Property Managers Group Fund.
Construction is estimated to complete in October 2018.
