Jonathan Williams / Director
Jonathan Williams is one of the founding Directors of CPMC, with over 32 years of experience in delivering property related project solutions having delivered in excess of $3.0 billion of capital projects during his career.
Jonathan has developed adaptability and sensitivity to different cultures, customs and practices, and has become aware of the important issues that can arise throughout the duration of a project. He has an eye for detail and is passionate about achieving the best project outcomes for his clients.
Martin Russell / Director
Martin is a Director of CPMC, with over 15 years of professional property experience specialising in asset and project management including residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties.
He spent nine years in London working for a Chartered Surveyors on development projects and on returning to New Zealand spent several years with a listed property trust fund.
Martin has a wide-reaching network of property professionals, a strong understanding of the property market and a high level of contract and legal comprehension which he uses to provide excellent development and project management.
Tyler Scott / Associate Director
Tyler is an Associate Director of CPMC, with over 10 years of professional property experience in both private and public sectors.
He specialises in project management of both residential and commercial properties and has strong experience in negotiation, master planning, feasibility modelling and providing strategic property advice.
Tyler spent four years in New Zealand working with listed property funds prior to three years in London working on asset management portfolios for a firm of chartered surveyors, before returning to New Zealand to work in the City Rail Link (CRL) project as a Senior Development Manager for three years.
Tyler maintains a close relationship and supports CRL in the delivery of its transport oriented development opportunities.
Sunniva Gu / Project Administrator
Sunniva is a Project Administrator at CPMC, and provides support on a wide range of development projects.
Being fluent in both Mandarin and English, Sunniva can deliver reports in both Chinese and English.
Sunniva graduated from The University of Auckland with Bachelor of Property.
