Jonathan Williams / Director

Jonathan Williams is a Director of CPMC, with 40 years of experience in delivering property related project solutions in having delivered in excess of $3.0 billion of capital projects across the following sectors, industrial, hotels and tourism, commercial, residential, historic buildings and infrastructure.

 Jonathan spent 19 years working in London with construction and project management organisations delivering institutional property before coming to New Zealand, where he spent time as a Director within corporate Real Estate entities JLL and CBRE managing the P&DS business.  Jonathan has also spent 3 1/2 years in India managing the delivery of a portfolio of hotels for an global institutional investor and a significant office building for a global bank.

 Jonathan has developed adaptability and sensitivity to different cultures, customs and practices, and is aware of the important issues that can arise throughout the duration of a projects lifecycle. He has an eye for detail and is passionate about achieving the best project outcomes for clients.

Martin Russell / Director

Martin is a Director of CPMC, with over 25 years of professional property experience specialising in asset and project management including residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties.

He spent nine years in London working for a Chartered Surveyors on development projects and on returning to New Zealand spent several years with a listed property trust fund.

Martin has a wide-reaching network of property professionals, a strong understanding of the property market and a high level of contract and legal comprehension which he uses to provide excellent development and project management.

Max Grigg / Project Manager

Max is our highly regarded Project Manager, providing project management support to the directors on a wide range of development projects. He has proven the capability to manage various projects including residential and commercial projects successfully while showing excellent communication skills and collaborative approach with all stakeholders.

Prior to joining CPMC, Max graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce, while also gaining industry experience by working for two large real estate’s services companies.

Ethan Rom / Project Manager

Ethan is a Project Manager who plays an integral part in the high-quality delivery of a wide range of projects across both the residential and commercial sectors. He has become a valued member of CPMC by providing excellent project management support to the Directors on a wide range of development projects. He has also been successfully managing several projects as a lead Project Manager. His work ethics and critical thinking skills contribute towards the successful project delivery within the cost, time, and quality constraints.

Prior to joining CPMC, Ethan gained property experience at a large real estate services company, and he has graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property.

Dylan Bowd  / Assistant Project Manager

Dylan is an Assistant Project Manager for CPMC. Dylan provides project management support to the Project Managers on a wide range of residential and commercial development projects. He has also been involved in several construction management projects, taking a pivotal role in delivering the projects successfully. His work ethics and can-do attitude have contributed towards our company’s vast growth as well as his professional growth.

Dylan has graduated at The University of Auckland with a bachelor of Property. During his study, he has gained construction experience while working with an electric company.

Akash Chakraborty  / Assistant Project Manager

Akash is an Assistant Project Manager who works alongside the Project Managers to plan and execute various development projects.

Akash Finished his Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce Conjoint from the University of Auckland. He has joined us from Auckland Transport where he was working as a property graduate and gained experience in property acquisitions, development, and planning. Whilst studying, Akash had completed a commercial internship in the pharmaceutical industry and property internship in the FMCG industry, these experiences fostered his interest in project/development management.

Matthew Harris  / Assistant Project Manager

Matthew is an Assistant Project Manager who has recently joined CPMC. Matthew’s role is to provide project management support to the Project Managers on a wide range of property developments.

Matthew has graduated from the University of Auckland, with the bachelor of Property. His studies have sparked his interest in project and development management. Prior to joining CPMC, Matthew worked in anti-money laundering compliance.

Karen Ho  / Assistant Project Manager

Karen is an Assistant Project Manager at CPMC and provides essential project management support for a variety of property developments. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property Conjoint degree from The University of Auckland. With prior experience working in JLL, Kāinga Ora’s acquisitions team and Auckland Council's rating valuations team, Karen brings a wealth of property industry knowledge from both private and public sectors. Her multilingual abilities in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English as well as high cultural sensitivity allow her to effectively engage with clients from multiple backgrounds.

Christina Russell / Business Manager

Christina is our Business Manager. She performs outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including production, human resources, and accounting processes in order to reach high satisfaction from staff as well as our clients. As well as this, Christina helps to implement and execute strategic marketing plans for our fast growing company.

Prior to joining CPMC, she worked in various industries including medical, trades and education industries, and has a broad understanding of organisational needs.
