CPMC have been engaged to provide comprehensive project management services to the client on this 57 townhouse construction in Massey. This project commenced in early 2025 and is expected to be completed in late 2025.

Since commencing vertical construction in January 2025, we’ve successfully delivered Stage 1(Block 6), consisting of 9 homes. Stage 2(Block 5) is well underway, with retaining walls, waterproofing, and foundation works completed, with completion targeted by the end of the year.

From successfully delivering the land subdivision to now progressing house construction, Albion Heights is an example of CPMC’s expertise across multiple phases of residential development, from project inception through to completed communities.
