Babich Rise Land Subdivision

CPMC have been engaged as Project Manager for the Babich Rise development. We are proud to have successfully supported the project through the Resource Consent approval process, with civil and earthworks now well underway.

Babich Rise is a master-planned, premium residential subdivision comprising 140 lots, located in the final expansive parcel of land in the scenic Henderson Valley. The development presents a unique opportunity for families to build their dream homes on generously sized sections ranging from 450 to 2,500 sqm.

This large-scale subdivision is scheduled for completion in 2026.
