Burberry Road Land Subdivision Development

CPMC have been engaged to provide development management and project management services in relation to 154 lot land subdivision and townhouses development throughout the civil construction period for the residential subdivision in 4.6 hectares, Drury. The project involved navigating complex Resource Consent and engineering challenges, including the construction of a wetland reserve and boardwalk. Despite these complexities, the project was delivered significantly under budget, driven by the strategic application of value engineering and efficiencies in construction methodology.
