CPMC has been engaged to provide comprehensive project management services to the client on this resource consented 111-lot residential subdivision on a 2.53-hectare site in Flat Bush. Throughout the project, our team successfully navigated several significant challenges, including protracted consenting processes, multiple unforeseen issues impacting progress, such as the construction of a large shear key and a new road over significant regional water asset.
By working closely with consultants and contractors, conducting regular risk analyses, and making informed decisions to maintain project momentum, we were able to deliver the project under budget. Rigorous cost monitoring and proactive budget management ensured financial discipline at every stage.
The project’s success is attributed to high-quality design with targeted peer reviews where necessary, collaborative communication among all stakeholders to support effective decision-making, and early contractor involvement, which fostered alignment toward shared goals.
