Ethan Rom / Project Manager

Ethan is a dedicated Project Manager at CPMC, playing an integral role in the successful delivery of both residential and commercial developments across Auckland and nationwide. He brings strong project management capability, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach that ensures each project is delivered efficiently, within cost, time, and quality expectations.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and gained valuable industry experience at a leading real estate services firm prior to joining CPMC.

He is currently managing several key projects, including multiple civil & earthworks developments across Auckland & the Central North Island. Ethan also manages a variety of different vertical construction & redevelopment projects in addition to overseeing multiple KiwiRail CAPEX Projects nationwide. His broad experience across design, procurement, construction, and stakeholder management underpins his reputation for high-quality project delivery.
