Matthew Harris  / Project Manager

Matthew is a Project Manager at CPMC, supporting the successful delivery of a diverse range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Auckland and nationwide. He brings a strong understanding of development and construction processes, paired with a proactive and collaborative approach that ensures high-quality project outcomes.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland. Prior to joining CPMC, he worked in anti-money laundering compliance, where he developed strong analytical and organisational skills that now complement his project management work.

He is currently managing significant developments including Babich Rise in Henderson, Te Awa in South Auckland, Sunnyvale in West Auckland and The rise in Mangawhai alongside supporting the Project Formery commercial redevelopment and nationwide KiwiRail CAPEX Projects. His experience spans project planning, design and construction management, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
