Parkview Estate Subdivision Development

CPMC has been engaged to manage Parkview Estate project, a large-scale residential land subdivision in Te Awamutu. This development will comprise 141 residential lots and one balance rural lot, offering a range of housing opportunities.

Stage 1 of the project will include 50 residential lots and one balance rural lot, with earthworks set to start this season. Completion of Stage 1 is anticipated in early 2026.

Situated on 12.39 hectares of gently rolling land on Rewi Street, Parkview Estate is zoned for residential development and benefits from its prime location near Te Awamutu CBD. The site is surrounded by established housing and is just minutes from local shops, schools, playgrounds, and parks.

The section sizes range from 350m² to 731m², catering to a variety of housing needs, ideal for first-home buyers and those seeking a family-friendly community in an idyllic setting.
