CPMC have been engaged as Project Manager for 161 Richardson Road development in Mt. Roskill, delivering 108 modular apartments in 3 stages. The project has faced a number of challenges over the past few years, and we are proud to have been engaged to support the project’s recovery and successful delivery from last year. Practical Completion for Stage 1 is forecast for Q3 2026, with Land Titles expected shortly thereafter. We are now firmly in the final stages and look forward to sharing further updates as we move toward completion.
