Scott Point Marina Land Subdivision

CPMC was engaged to provide comprehensive project management services to the client on a premium 200-lot coastal residential subdivision spanning over 5.16 hectares in Hobsonville.
The development features direct access to a fully landscaped coastal reserve on its southern boundary, future proofed with an extension of the popular coastal walkway.
Completed in early May 2025, this project included the delivery of significant infrastructure, such as the construction of new public roads, a rock revetment along the coastal edge for community use, and Palisade Wall to improve global stability.
Despite its complex nature and quantum of challenges along the way, all stages of the project were delivered ahead of programme and within budget. To achieve this, our team remained focused and solution-driven, ensuring quality outcomes and alignment with council expectations. We are proud to have once again demonstrated CPMC’s capability and reliability in managing large-scale subdivision projects in Hobsonville.
