CPMC acted in the capacity of the project development services as well as management services including suggesting the development concept options within the existing consented plans considering the optimum development outcomes, undertaking development feasibility analysis of the proposed development, preparing a development program and managing the construction period until the completion.
The site was to be developed in accordance with the existing Resource Consent for the construction of 29 Houses for the sale of freehold titles on completion. The development solution was determined to have the highest and best use for the site in terms of density and site configuration that has the potential to release the highest sales returns (within the limits of the existing Resource Consent).
Also, CPMC as the development manager managed the Consultant team on behalf of the client to ensure adherence to strict budget and time driven milestones set by CPMC and the client.
The construction commenced in 2018 and the completion was in 2021.
