CPMC has been engaged to provide project management services for the development of eight high-end terrace homes in Westmere, a prime location in Auckland. Demolition and site clearance are complete, with civil works including foundation construction, now underway.
The project will be delivered through two distinct work packages: civil works and vertical house construction. The development is estimated to span 15 months, with completion expected in late 2025.
This project offers a unique opportunity for medium density living in inner Auckland, with close proximity to the coast and adjacent to the Westmere Park public walkway. The site balances urban design with open green space, creating a harmonious blend of city and nature.
